Why do I want to run for
Commissioner? Over the past 12 months, I have had an intricate journey of collaborating with many city agents. I discovered deficiencies in their processes and opportunity for significant improvement.

What qualifications do I bring?
I have a bachelor of business administration from Davenport College of Business.
My professional background consists of serving in finance and administration management. I currently serve the GRPS as well as the KISD as a part-time bus driver for Dean Transportation which will allow me to serve the 1st ward residents of Grand Rapids. Through all of my experience and collaborative business relationships I am ready and willing to serve as your 1st ward commissioner for the city of Grand Rapids.
My career of managing people and finance in organizational structure has prepared me to be a highly competitive candidate for Commission. I intend to foster an evolution that brings the voice of the people to the 1st ward residents. You are putting me in this position to bring back your influence to the city. I will be dedicated to attending neighborhood organization meetings to better understand the needs in the 1st Ward and then go to work for you!
